Paul Citro has been working in the field of addiction treatment since 1982, seeing patients and their families find hope, joy, and gratitude in recovery for most of his adult life. In his current role, Paul works closely with new clinicians in the field, helping them to grow. Paul says the sense of teamwork he feels among staff in fulfilling the mission at Cumberland Heights is the most rewarding part of his job.
