Currently serving as a Psychotherapist at Elite Biobehavioral and a Behavior Counselor at Cumberland Hospital for Children and Adolescents since 2018 and 2017 respectively, Urshila has developed expertise in client advocacy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention.
