William Tiger Fitzhugh is an experienced adjunct professor of music with a career spanning several institutions, including Tennessee State University, Volunteer State College, and Cumberland University since 1999. Fitzhugh provides private and group guitar instruction, as well as online courses in Music Appreciation and Music Theory. An independent music professional since 1978, Fitzhugh performs solo and in various ensemble configurations, specializing in classical, jazz, and other genres. Fitzhugh holds a Master of Music in Music Performance from Austin Peay State University and a background in music from Berklee College of Music and Cathedral High School.
