Christian Effio is an experienced professional in operations, maintenance, and logistics, currently serving as Superintendente de Equipos at CUMBRA since February 2019, where Christian leads a digital transformation initiative in maintenance processes. Christian co-founded Thermogreen at CE Soluciones Mecánicas y Solares and has held various leadership roles, including SubGerente de Operaciones at Ezentis Perú and Jefe Regional de Contratos de Mantenimiento at Divemotor. With a robust background in engineering and management supported by multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including INCAE Business School and Harvard University, Christian has successfully managed equipment operations in mining projects and maintained high standards of service and sustainability recognition.
