Milagros Ruiz

Milagros Ruiz is a social worker with extensive experience spanning over a decade in various organizations, including CUMBRA, MINSA-SERUMS, and SRT ROSA DE LIMA. Currently, Milagros serves as a social worker at CUMBRA since January 2023.
