Pierre Ramirez Llanos

Pierre Ramirez Llanos is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in management across multiple countries, notably Peru, Chile, and Colombia. Currently serving as the Regional Manager of Human Resources at Cumbra since November 2020, Pierre also holds the position of Director at the Asociación Peruana de Recursos Humanos (APERHU) and has been significantly involved in developing compensation training programs as the Director and Principal Professor at Pacifico Business School since 2015. Previous leadership roles include Central HR Manager at Gentera - Compartamos Financiera and HR Manager at Banco Interamericano de Finanzas (BANBIF), along with positions at Compañía Cervecera Ambev in both Peru and Ecuador. Educational qualifications include an MBA and a Master's degree in Organization and Direction of People from Universidad ESAN, complemented by specialized training in human resources management.
