Fernanda Bernardo

Fernanda Bernardo has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 as a Software Engineer at Alura. In 2014, they took on an Intern Risk Management role at Itaú Unibanco. In 2015, they worked as a Software Engineer at Elo7 and a Back End Developer at Ericsson. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Tech Community Manager at Loft, where they were responsible for Employer Branding and creating tech media and content. Most recently, they joined Cumbuca as a People & Culture Partner on their Founding Team.

Fernanda Bernardo obtained a Bachelor in Information System from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2012 and 2015. In 2021, they obtained two certifications: Posicionamento estratégico from Brand Gym in November and Reaprendizagem Criativa from Keep Learning School in March. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in People Management at MBA USP/Esalq, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
