Gizem S.

Gizem S. is an experienced psychologist and educator currently serving as a part-time lecturer at Sivas Cumhuriyet Üniversitesi since March 2022, while also working as a psychologist at Sivas Numune Hastanesi since July 2018. Prior to these roles, Gizem S. gained valuable experience as a psychologist at Van Erciş Akşafak Özel Eğitim ve Rehabilitasyon Merkezi from November 2017 to June 2018 and provided private lessons from October 2012 to June 2016. Additionally, Gizem S. has held research assistant positions at METU Social Psychology Research Laboratory and METU Child & Adolescent Development Laboratory, contributing to various projects from 2014 to 2016. Early professional development included internships as a psychologist at Ahmet Andiçen Kanser Hastanesi and Dr. Abdurrahman Yurtaslan Onkoloji Hastanesi in 2015, as well as volunteer experience as an English teacher at LOSEV Primary-Elementary-High School from December 2011 to June 2013 and as a fundraiser for Greenpeace in 2013. Gizem S. holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Middle East Technical University, completed in 2017.
