Evan Rudnicki

Evan Rudnicki is currently working as Counsel, Legal & Contracts at Cumming Group since July 2022. Prior to that, Evan was a Partner at Black Marjieh & Sanford LLP from June 2017 to July 2022. With experience as an Associate at Traub Lieberman Straus & Shrewsberry LLP from July 2012 to June 2017, and as a Litigation Associate at Brown, Gavalas & Fromm LLP from 2006 to 2012. Evan also worked in various roles at Cargill Investor Services and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers. Evan holds a JD in Law from Penn State Dickinson Law and a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University.
