Kimberly McHugh

Kimberly McHugh currently serves as Senior Vice President at Cumming Group, leading the growth and development of the national healthcare portfolio with a strategic focus on the western United States. With extensive experience in project management and capital projects, Kimberly has held various leadership roles, including Vice President at Cumming Corporation overseeing the Pacific Northwest Project Management business, and Senior Director at JLL. Previous positions include Vice President of Construction Operations at Adventist Health, Senior Construction Manager at Providence Health & Services, and various project management roles at other construction firms. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Real Estate from Washington State University, as well as a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from Seattle University.
