Mark Fergus

As Executive Vice President for Cumming Group, Mark is responsible for the successful delivery of the company’s project management, cost, and energy/sustainability services throughout the western United States. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Mark has provided contract administration, project controls, project management, and advisory services globally since 1991. Mark has worked for contractors, developers, and consultants in Southeast Asia, Japan, the Middle East, and the U.S. on large-scale, mixed-use, infrastructure, and technology projects. Mark currently serves on the Construction Sector Advisory Forum for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is a Scottish Business Network Los Angeles Ambassador.
