Wayne M. Selby Frics

Wayne M. Selby FRICS is a seasoned professional in the construction and project management sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President at Cumming Group since January 2015. In this leadership role, Wayne oversees all business operations to ensure optimal project performance across multiple large-scale initiatives. Prior to this, Wayne held the position of Director and Head of Commercial Management at Turner & Townsend, focusing on projects throughout the Eastern United States, and accumulated significant experience in commercial management. Wayne also served as Associate Director at Gardiner & Theobald Inc., where management of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors on large-scale projects in New York City was a key responsibility.
