Russ Greene has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Russ started their career in the US Army, serving as a Major with multiple global assignments and deployments. Russ then worked as a Supply Chain Manager & Business Integrator at Johnson & Johnson, where they managed supply chain logistics for medical device manufacturing facilities. At Fiberweb, they served as a Supply Chain Manager, overseeing production scheduling and managing inventory and warehouse facilities. Russ went on to become the Director of Manufacturing and Business Unit Director at Pratt Visual Solutions, where they were responsible for managing a manufacturing plant and key client relationships. Russ later became the Plant Manager at Sleep Innovations, accountable for plant and site operations. Russ then served as the Director of Manufacturing Operations at Nice-Pak Products, Inc., overseeing manufacturing operations and leading a large team. Most recently, they worked as the Chief Operating Officer at Cummins Behavioral Health Services.

Russ Greene earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Appalachian State University, which they attended from 1979 to 1983. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Logistics Management from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, completing the program from 1989 to 1991.
