Aswin Karthik Ramesh

Aswin Ramesh, PhD, serves as a Senior Technical Specialist at Cummins Inc. since September 2018, focusing on architecting the next generation of Hybrid heavy-duty powertrains. Previous roles at Cummins include Technical Specialist, where a 55% Brake Thermal Efficiency (BTE) was demonstrated in the SuperTruck 2 program, and Engine Optimization Intern, contributing to the SuperTruck 2 project. At Purdue University, Ramesh was a Graduate Research Assistant, awarded the Helen and Marvin Adelberg Research Fellowship, and collaborated with Cummins on research utilizing Variable Valve Actuation for improved engine efficiency.
