James Taylor

James Taylor is an accomplished P&L leader and sales executive with extensive experience in the commercial vehicle industry. They currently serve as the Executive Director of North America Commercial at Cummins Inc. and as General Manager of Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies. Previously, Taylor held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales at Aperia Technologies and Vice President of Sales and Product Management at TE Connectivity, where they managed over $1 billion in revenue and drove significant growth initiatives. Taylor also contributed to Meritor as General Manager of North American Field Sales, leading a large team and enhancing market share through strategic negotiations and organizational transformations. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Windsor.
