Paul Massingham has extensive experience in project and manufacturing leadership within the engineering sector. Initial experience as a Project Engineer at Cellbond Composites Ltd from 1997 to 2000 was followed by a position as Project Leader at Fairline Boats until 2010. Paul then served as Global NPI Operations Leader and Manufacturing Engineering Group Leader at Cummins Generator Technologies from 2014 to 2016, where responsibilities included leading NPI projects and developing manufacturing strategies. Currently, Paul holds the position of Global Senior Manufacturing Project Leader for Cummins Engine Business and EMEA Manufacturing Project Leader for Cummins Emission Solution, coordinating cross-functional projects from inception to completion since May 2021. Paul holds a BTEC National Diploma in Engineering from Stamford College and a BSc (Hons) in Mechatronics from DeMontfort University.
