Saurabh Bhagwat

Saurabh Bhagwat is an experienced leader in product and program management, currently serving as the Product & Program Management Leader for the Power-Gen PSBU in India at Cummins Inc. since March 2018. In this role, Saurabh leads the Product and Program Management team, focusing on delivering profitable market-specific products and enhancing collaboration within the New Product Development Team. Previous positions include General Manager of Product Strategy & Management and Deputy General Manager of Product Management, with responsibilities spanning product portfolios from 7.5 to 3000 KVA and export markets. Saurabh's earlier experience includes roles at Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited, where expertise was developed in international business and product management, as well as at Cummins Power Generation in global product planning. Saurabh holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Pune University and is pursuing an Executive MBA at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.
