Todd McCarty

Todd McCarty has over 30 years of experience in various roles in the human resources field. Todd served as the CHRO and SVP Human Resources at Cumulus Media from November 2015 to present. Prior to that, they were the Director at The Bon Ton Stores Inc. from August 2007 to June 2017. Todd also held the positions of SVP Global Human Resources and CHRO at Las Vegas Sands Corporation from September 2012 to September 2015, at The New York Times Company from December 2009 to August 2012, and at Reader's Digest from March 2008 to December 2009. Before those roles, they were the SVP - Human Resources and CHRO at Rite Aid from September 2005 to March 2008 and the SVP - Human Resources North America at Starwood Hotels & Resorts from September 2000 to August 2005. Todd began their career at PepsiCo in various human resources positions, eventually becoming the VP Human Resources - Frito Lay Canada from September 1997 to August 2000.

From 1980 to 1984, Todd McCarty attended Paynesville High School and obtained their High School Degree. Following that, they studied Business Administration at the University of St. Thomas from 1984 to 1985. Finally, from 1985 to 1988, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
