Michele’s first grade report card said she was “great with color and form.” She’s only gotten better since then. As Executive Director of Strategy, Michele blends her keen eye for design with an ability to implement broad, strategic visions. By applying research, motivation, and inspiration across the firm’s studios, Michele helps others think beyond current trends and provide tailored design solutions. Michele is also a firm leader in interior design. Her personal flair for aesthetically pleasing spaces leads to environments that are balanced, trend-forward, and use industry insights and data to drive design.
