Kosha Desai Cmmi Lead Appraiser Dev

Kosha Desai is a highly experienced CMMI Lead Appraiser with a robust background in project management and quality consultancy. Currently serving as a CMMI Lead Appraiser at CUNIX since May 2016, Kosha has also been involved with LearningMate in various capacities including Quality Consultant and Project Manager, managing eLearning projects for Pearson. Previous roles include PMP Trainer at multiple organizations, where Kosha developed and delivered training programs, assisted with REP certification, and tailored course materials for corporate clients. Academic qualifications include a Senior Management Program from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, an M.Com from the University of Mumbai, and a PGDBM from NMIMS, complemented by foundational studies in commerce.
