Estrella Parker

Estrella Parker is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Cupertino Electric, Inc. since July 2021. Previously, Estrella held the role of Chief Human Resources Officer at Satellite Healthcare / WellBound from October 2015 to July 2021, where responsibilities included strategic leadership in employee engagement and oversight of human resources functions. Prior to that, Estrella was the Senior Director of Human Resources at The Clorox Company, contributing to people and culture programs, and leading HR transformation efforts. Estrella's extensive background also includes leadership positions at Kaiser Permanente, Prudential Insurance, and Gemini Consulting. Estrella holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS in Computer Science, cum laude, from the University of the Philippines.
