Issa Srouji

Issa Srouji has extensive experience in procurement and sourcing roles. Issa is currently the Vice President of Procurement at Cupertino Electric, Inc., a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Sr. Director of Purchasing at the same company from 2015 to 2023. Before joining Cupertino Electric, Inc., Issa worked at Jawbone as the Director of Sourcing & Procurement from 2013 to 2015, where they led global sourcing and procurement functions. Issa also has experience at Sierra Wireless as the Director of Strategic Purchasing from 2007 to 2012, where they managed procurement functions and coached and developed employees. Issa's earlier experience includes a role as Director of Procurement and Operations Strategy at Sun Microsystems in 2005 and various positions at Storage Technology Corp. from 1979 to 2005, where they led corporate sourcing and managed commodities. Overall, Issa has a strong background in procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management.

Issa Srouji, MBA, C.P.M., has a strong educational background in business. In 1987, they began their undergraduate studies, majoring in Business at the University of Northern Colorado. Issa completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree in 1989. Following this, Issa pursued further education to enhance their qualifications. In 1992, they enrolled at the University of Colorado Denver, where they successfully earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 1993, focusing on Business.

Additionally, Issa Srouji has obtained a certification as a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) from the Institute for Supply Management in June 2005. These qualifications demonstrate their dedication to both academic and professional development in the field of business and procurement.
