Theodore Tenczar

Theodore Tenczar is an experienced Engineer Intelligence Officer and Mobility Officer with the Texas Army National Guard since June 2019, overseeing the redeployment of over 2,000 personnel and extensive equipment across multiple countries. In previous roles, Theodore served as Executive Officer for a 153 personnel Engineer Construction Company, successfully managing operations and logistics for training missions, and as Construction Platoon Leader, leading a team of 47 Soldiers in various construction tasks. Additionally, Theodore holds a position as Project Engineer at Cupertino Electric, Inc., focusing on maintaining relationships and managing RFI workflows. Prior experience includes serving as a Staff Scientist at Tetra Tech, supervising high-value remediation projects. Theodore earned a Bachelor's degree in Geology/Earth Science from Texas A&M University in 2017.
