Joshua Bibb, DBIA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Starting in 1998, they served in the United States Navy Active Duty/Reserves. In 2004, they became a 3rd Mate/Bridgemate for American Maritime Officers. In 2007, they joined the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) as a Strategic Account Sales Manager/Senior Surveyor/ISM+ISPS Auditor. In 2015, they became Managing Partner of Underwater Mariner Services, responsible for creating and leading strategic sales and managing client relationships. In 2016, they joined Balfour Beatty US as a Design-Build Coordination Manager/Design Manager. In 2020, they became a National Account Executive for Field Control Analytics and a Strategic Account Executive for Raken, responsible for growing and developing relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers. Joshua also became DBIA Southwest Region - Austin Chapter Co-President & SW Region Board of Directors for DBIA-Southwest Region. In 2021, they joined Cupix as Director, Partnerships & Vertical Markets, Director, Strategy & Business Development, and Director, Enterprise Accounts. Finally, in 2022, they became Texas Chapter Lead (Austin) for The Society for Construction Solutions (SCS).

Joshua Bibb holds a Bachelor of Science in Logistics & Intermodal Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy. In November 2017, they obtained the Designated Design-Build Professional Certification from the Design-Build Institute of America.
