Palesa Nkosi

Palesa Nkosi has extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as the Regional Head of HR & Training at CURA Software Solutions since April 2016. Palesa has held various roles, including Human Resources Coordinator and Training Specialist within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Community Liaison Officer at Nontuthuzelo Foundation and Projects, a Java Trainer at Mentec Foundation South Africa, and a Training Facilitator at both 21 Battalion Military Base CLC and South West Gauteng TVET College. Educational qualifications include a National Diploma in Information Technology from the University of Johannesburg, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from the University of Cape Town, and a Higher National Diploma in ODETDP from Accreditation & Training Services.
