Christopher Gaughan has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Curaleaf since September 2022 after holding roles as Sr. Director and Director of Employee Relations within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Human Resources Business Partner at FedEx, and as People and Culture Manager at Primark US Corp. Christopher's career also features human resources operations at PAREXEL and HR and Service Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH. Earlier roles include various management positions at Old Navy. Academic credentials include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Boston University and a BFA in Graphic Design from the New England Institute of Art.
