Lauren Forenza

Lauren Forenza is an experienced legal professional currently serving as VP and Assistant General Counsel at Curaleaf since September 2023, where responsibilities include providing legal support for strategic transactions. Prior to this role, Lauren was the Managing Partner at The Forenza Firm PLLC, focusing on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, and trademark services. Lauren's earlier experience includes serving as an Attorney at AXS LAW GROUP, handling small to mid-market acquisitions, as well as providing general counsel at Wolkov LLP. Lauren began the legal career with internships at Pennekamp Law and DeFabio, Beckham and Solis. Lauren holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Criminology from the University of Miami, with additional studies at the University of Virginia.
