Gerry Toner

Gerry Toner has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Gerry currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Curam since January 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Chairman and CEO of the West Sussex Minibus Association, where they focused on addressing social isolation in rural areas.

From 2010 to 2014, Toner worked at Phoenix Change Management Ltd, initially as the Head of Operations and later as an Associate consultant specializing in productivity and Lean improvement methods. During the same period, they also served as the Director for Business Transformation at Make Work Better.

Additionally, Toner has experience in the house building industry, having worked as a Developer at House Build from 2014 to 2016. Gerry also served as a Director at Aspire Productivity Networks, specializing in change management and productivity improvement. Moreover, Toner contributed to Age Concern Brighton Hove & Portslade as a Trustee, Treasurer, Chair of Finance, and Chair of Fundraising from 2011 to 2013.
