Nicole Banister, FACHE, has a diverse work experience that spans over 20 years. Nicole currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Operations at Curana Health since 2024. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President, Practice Transformation & Value Based Care at CVS Health from 2023 to 2024. In this role, they focused on accountable care organization services and expanding into Medicare Advantage.

Before joining CVS Health, Nicole was the Vice President, Practice Transformation at Signify Health from 2022 to 2023. Nicole developed and implemented programs for wellness visits and high-risk patient management across participating organizations in the Medicare Shared Savings Program ACO.

Nicole also worked at Seton Healthcare Family as a Consultant for Strategic Planning & Business Development in 2013 and as Director for Regional Heart Program at Dell Children's Medical Center from 2010 to 2012. Nicole played instrumental roles in rebuilding the pediatric cardiac surgery program and managing new business development.

Earlier in their career, Nicole worked as an Administrator at Eye Physicians of Austin and as a Division Manager at Johns Hopkins University. Nicole gained experience in managing medical practices, budgets, and leading diverse teams.
