Yan Lu

Yan (Angela) Lu has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Yan (Angela) most recently served as the Director of Finance at Curana Health starting in November 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at UnitedHealth Group from March 2022 to August 2023. Before that, Yan was the Director of Finance at RiverSpring Health featuring the Hebrew Home at Riverdale from July 2020 to March 2022. Yan (Angela) also worked as a Network Pricing Manager at Visiting Nurse Service of New York from February 2019 to June 2020. Earlier in their career, Yan held various financial management and analyst roles at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, Independence Blue Cross, and Guitar Center.

Yan (Angela) Lu earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics, specializing in International Economics and Trade, from Shanghai Maritime University in 2005. Yan (Angela) then pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Accounting from Piedmont Virginia Community College from 2008 to 2009. In 2010, they completed their Master of Science in Accounting from the University of Virginia. Yan later obtained an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in 2020. Additionally, they became a Certified Public Accountant in 2012 and a Certified Management Accountant in 2015.
