Silvia Flores, MBA, CSM

Silvia Flores, MBA, CSM has over twenty years of experience in the IT field. Silvia began their career in 1999 as an IT Director at HCA. In 2010, they moved to HCA West Florida IT&S as an Application Services Manager, CPOE, where they provided leadership and oversight for the CPOE (Computerized Provider Order Entry) implementation of the 15-hospital division to comply with MU (Meaningful Use) Stage 2 and Stage 3 requirements. Silvia was responsible for hiring and developing a new team while working with the hospital executives to prepare them for the clinical transformation. In 2019, they joined CHRISTUS Health as a Project Manager and Systems Business Analyst. Currently, they are a Product Manager at Curantis Solutions and an EHR Business Analyst at StoneGate Senior Living.

Silvia Flores, MBA, CSM has an education history that includes a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the University of Phoenix, obtained in 2004, with a field of study in Global Business. Silvia also has a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Arlington, obtained in 1992, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, Silvia Flores, MBA, CSM has obtained two certifications: a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, obtained in July 2021, and a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in June 2021.
