Rachel Babaganov, MPH has a wide range of work experience. Rachel began their career in 2012 as a Mental Health & Drug Addictions Clinical Worker for Alberta Health Services. In 2013, they worked as a Communications Assistant for HomeFront Calgary. In 2014, they worked as a Registered Nurse for Pure North S'Energy Foundation. In 2015, they worked as a Teacher & Medical Volunteer for Project Burans, English School. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant, Master of Public Health, and Junior Researcher for Hamburg University of Applied Sciences. In 2020, they worked as an Assistant for "EARTHS" for DAAD German Academic Exchange Service. In 2021, they are currently working as a Content Creator for Curatio.me. Additionally, in 2012, they worked as a Medical Volunteer for Nepal Hospitals, where they implemented a comprehensive sexual health campaign to empower and improve the health of local women.

Rachel Babaganov, MPH has a diverse educational background. Rachel completed a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Calgary between 2010 and 2014. In 2017, they studied intensive Hindi language studies at Landour Language School in Mussoorie, India. Rachel is currently in the process of completing their Masters of Public Health from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, which is expected to be completed in 2020. Additionally, Rachel has obtained certifications in Birth Doula Certification from DONA International, CPR-HCP Certification from Red Cross Blood Services, Emergency Procedures for Clinical Settings Certification from NaturoMedic, Prenatal Yoga Certification from Yoga Alliance, and their Master of Public Health from Hamburg University of Applied Sciences.
