Bryan Holmes

Bryan Holmes has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Bryan is currently serving as the HR Director for Field Operations, Supply Chain, and Lab Logistics at Curative since September 2021. Prior to this role, Bryan founded and managed Leadership for HR Directors, providing leadership and management guidance to HR professionals in the Greater Salt Lake City Area.

Bryan also held the position of Human Resources Director at Real Salt Lake from March 2021 to September 2021. Before that, they served as the Senior Director of HR/Operations at Bodell Construction from March 2019 to March 2021. Bryan's responsibilities in this role included overseeing HR operations and providing guidance in various areas such as employee relations, performance management, compliance, recruitment and retention, and employee development.

From 2015 to 2019, Bryan worked as the Director of HR and Development at Steve Down Companies. In this role, they provided comprehensive HR administration guidance, participated in strategic planning, and implemented various organizational initiatives.

Bryan also has experience as an HR Business Partner, specializing in training and development, at RB from February 2014 to December 2015. Bryan trained employees in leadership positions on HR policies, programs, and company philosophy to improve team performance.

Prior to that, Bryan served as the Director of Human Resources at Motion Picture Services from July 2007 to February 2014.

Throughout their career, Bryan Holmes has showcased their expertise in HR leadership, operations, training and development, and strategic planning.

Bryan Holmes SPHR has a Bachelor's degree in Business Management specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Bryan obtained their degree from Columbia College from 2010 to 2012. Bryan also holds an Associate's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Salt Lake Community College, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. In addition, Bryan attended the University of Utah in 1999-2000 for Business Management. Bryan also has a background in Generals from Dixie State University in 1996-1997. Furthermore, Bryan Holmes has obtained additional certifications including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute in 2015, CSP certification from the American Staffing Association in 2014, and TSC certification from the American Staffing Association in 2014.
