Christine E. Rowe, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and culture management. Christine E. currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Forever Oceans, where they lead culture efforts for a global team, focusing on employee engagement, performance management, recruitment, and process improvement. Before joining Forever Oceans, Christine held senior leadership roles at Curative and HRClinic LLC, where they implemented best practices in HR and culture development. Christine E. has also worked as the Head of Human Resources at Vault Consulting, where they created a great employee experience tailored to each firm. Christine's earlier experience includes roles at Washington Speakers Bureau, Learning Tree International, Expedia Group, Google, and Netflix, where they played key roles in HR strategy, talent recruitment, engagement, and culture development.

Christine E. Rowe, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a B.A. in Sociology from the University of New Brunswick. Christine E. also holds a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Harvard University and an MPS in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Penn State University. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including the DEIB Certificate Program from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, the SHRM-SCP from SHRM, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
