Dal Mann

Dal Mann has over 25 years of work experience in the healthcare industry. Dal started their career as a Components Laboratory Lead at Blood Centers of the Pacific, where they prepared components from whole blood, performed maintenance on laboratory equipment, and conducted quality control. Dal later became a Quality Assurance Supervisor, overseeing compliance and performing audits to ensure adherence to FDA and AABB guidelines.

In 2017, Dal joined Vitalant as a Manager of Mobile Operations, where they managed the operations of the mobile department in the San Francisco Bay Area. Dal collaborated with multiple departments to plan and execute blood drives, allocated deliverables efficiently, and maintained a focus on customer service.

Most recently, Dal served as the Director of Operations at Curative, where they led teams of over 1500 staff in establishing Covid-19 testing sites across the Western United States. Dal played a crucial role in developing standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with good manufacturing practices, and preparing staff for inspections from state and federal authorities.

Dal Mann has a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Biology from the University of Leicester. In addition, they have obtained a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification from the Chief Quality Officer in December 2018.
