Olivia Alexander has over 13 years of professional experience in customer service and data management. Olivia began their career in 2008 as a Customer Service Quality Manager at Best Buy, where they were responsible for accurately entering customer information into proprietary CRM software, providing friendly, helpful and professional service to assist incoming customer inquiries, and corresponding through email to assist customers and build ongoing client relationships. In 2012, they worked as a Data Specialist at Verizon Business and a Data Analyst/POST Team at AT&T Mobile Tel, where they activated employee accounts by submitting tickets into database, ported numbers for customers who were switching to their service, and mailed out sim card kits for customers who had recently activated new lines with their service. Olivia then worked at Geek Squad from 2013 to 2017 as a Covert, where they troubleshot a variety of products with clients, namely providing tech support for Windows/Mac computers/laptops and iPads/tablets, ran appropriate diagnostic tools to determine client's underlying technical issues, and helped client find the right solution to their questions/problems. From 2017 to 2022, they worked at Jigsaw Interactive as a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager, where they served as a liaison between clients and the Executive Management team, assisted in providing ideas for product enhancements based on customer feedback, and participated in QA testing of performance and functionality of platform enhancements, bug fixes, etc. Olivia is currently employed at Curaytor as a Customer Onboarding Manager.

Olivia Alexander has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Clayton State University, a Certified Nursing Assistant from Allied Health Institute, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Georgia State University Perimeter College.
