Will Bubenik has extensive work experience in the field of digital accessibility. Will is currently serving as the Chief Accessibility Officer at CurbCutOS, Inc., where they focus on providing digital accessibility solutions. Prior to this, they worked as an Accessibility Consultant and Mid-Market Industry Lead at Level Access. Will also served as a Digital Accessibility Consultant at the Utah Department of Cultural & Community Engagement.

In 2021, Will founded Nebula Media Group, where they worked as the Principal Accessibility Consultant. Nebula Media Group specializes in creating customized digital accessibility solutions for small to mid-size businesses. That same year, they were also a Cohort Member at Arch Grants, which aims to transform the economy in St. Louis by supporting entrepreneurs. Additionally, Will was part of the 2022 Cohort at UMSL Accelerate, a program that supports diverse founders and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Before focusing on digital accessibility, Will worked as a Research & Data Management Consultant at Athlete Ally, a nonprofit organization. Will also received recognition as a Temple 30 Under 30 Recipient for their outstanding achievements as an alumnus of Temple University. Will was part of various entrepreneurship programs at Temple University, including the StartUp Studio Cohort and the Be Your Own Boss Bowl, where their company, Nebula Media Group, won the Social Impact Track. Will also served as a Co-Founder of the Game On: Sports & the Law Conference.

Will has previous experience with the Special Olympics as a Global Youth Engagement Reporting Fellow. Will has also worked with the Philadelphia 76ers as a Game Presentation Associate and Mascot Assistant.

Will Bubenik obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sport & Recreation Management from Temple University from 2014 to 2018. Will also holds a certification as a Certified Hospitality Professional which they obtained in September 2015 from the Philadelphia Convention & Visitors Bureau.
