Emily Gratson

Director of People Acquisition & Success, US at CURE International

Emily Gratson serves as Director of People Acquisition & Success at CURE. She identifies, recruits, and ultimately supports co-workers within the eight hospitals. Day-to-day, Emily maintains the CURE Care program which involves meeting potential co-workers through exploratory conversations and interviews, coordinating hospital visits, ensuring an excellent onboarding process, and checking in with new hires.

She loves speaking and working with talented, fascinating individuals from around the world who have a passion for serving God and want to use their skills to serve his Kingdom through physical healing and spiritual care at CURE hospitals.

Emily has her Bachelor’s in Business and Spanish from Calvin University, her Master’s in Spanish Linguistics and Literature from Western Michigan University, a Mixed Methods Research Graduate Certificate from Western Michigan University, and is certified in Cultural Intelligence (CQ) facilitator (Levels 1 & 2) and is a Qualified Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Administrator.
