Dana Barrett

As Vice President of Human Resources, Dana Barrett collaborates with Cureatr’s executive leadership team to define long-term HR goals and identify ways to support Cureatr’s mission through talent management, employee relations, training, and development. Dana is a strategic, innovative, and global HR Leader committed to partnering with business stakeholders to improve performance and employee engagement. She is a relationship-driven partner, skilled at supporting all levels of an organization in change management, talent management, and employee relations and compliance. She is dedicated to enhancing employee engagement and fostering a culture of learning within the organization to help individual growth that supports the overall business objectives of Cureatr. Prior to joining Cureatr, Dana served as the Senior Human Resources Manager for Curant Health where she helped steward the company's exponential growth during her tenure. Dana holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a B.A. from Morris Brown College.
