Esther McMahon (Sanders)

Esther McMahon (Sanders) is a Software Engineer currently working at Cureatr since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Software Engineer at Built Technologies from February 2021 to April 2023.

Esther also has experience in the music industry. Esther worked as a Section Violinist at the Nashville Symphony since January 2012 and at the Austin Symphony Orchestra from September 2012 to November 2021. Esther was also a Principal Second Violinist at the Austin Opera from October 2013 to May 2019.

In addition, Esther has freelance experience as a Violinist and a Private Violin Instructor since January 2010.

Esther has also worked as a Violin Instructor at Lipscomb University from August 2020 to May 2022.

Esther further expanded their skills by completing a software development program at Nashville Software School from July 2020 to January 2021. Esther gained expertise in JavaScript, Python/Django, React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and SQL fundamentals through individual and team projects.

Esther McMahon (Sanders) completed a Full-Stack Software Development Bootcamp at Nashville Software School from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Music degree in Violin Performance at The University of Texas at Austin from 2012 to 2014. Earlier in their education, they obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Violin Performance from Vanderbilt University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
