Hamza Amer

Hamza Amer is currently working as a Key Account Manager at CureMD since September 2019. In this role, Hamza is the main contact for 50 enterprise clients, developing strategies to achieve their objectives and ensuring alignment with internal teams. Prior to this, Hamza worked as a Customer Success Analyst at CureMD, resolving client requests and escalating issues when needed. Before joining CureMD, Hamza was a Restaurant Onboarding Specialist at Mindbridge Private Limited, where Hamza worked with restaurant partners signed up with Uber Eats. Hamza also has experience as a Customer Service Representative, resolving client requests and escalating concerns. Hamza graduated from Pakistan International School Jeddah with a High School Diploma in Engineering.
