Muhammad Ased Ali began their work experience in 2020 as a Customer Service Representative at (MILVIK) BIMA, where they focused on convincing users to subscribe to insurance policies and processing payments. In 2021, they joined Abacus Consulting as a Customer Support Officer, where they provided exceptional customer service and resolved conflicts. Muhammad later became an Operations Team Lead, managing quality assurance programs and improving operations. In 2022, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Aosom, and in 2023, they started working at CureMD as a Medical Biller, handling eligibility verification, claim processing, and follow-up on unpaid claims.

Muhammad Ased Ali began their education in 2019 at the University of the Punjab, where they pursued a Master's degree in Political Science and Government. Muhammad dedicated two years to this program and completed it in 2021. In 2020, while still pursuing their Master's degree, Ali enrolled at Allama Iqbal Open University to further their education. At this institution, they focused on earning an M.sc in Administrative Sciences, specializing in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Muhammad is expected to complete this program in 2022, having spent two years studying.
