Voip Engineer at CureMD Healthcare

Muhammad Taha has worked as a VoIP Engineer at CureMD since February 2017. In this role, they have been responsible for the deployment, administration, implementation, and management of VoIP servers. Muhammad has provided services such as queue updates, ring groups, time conditions, and IVR deployment to client-facing teams. Additionally, Taha has managed time-based calling, work hours, and after-work hours.

Prior to their role at CureMD, Taha worked at Jazz from June 2016 to February 2017 as a Radio Frequency Optimization Engineer. Their responsibilities included conducting drive tests for sites, defining drive routes for testing, and analyzing cell parameters using TEMS investigation. Muhammad also performed hard optimization by making physical and electrical tilt adjustments and azimuth changes.

Muhammad Taha completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from NFC IET Multan, from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they pursued an Engineer's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Superior College from 2010 to 2012.

In addition to their educational background, Muhammad Taha obtained several certifications from Microsoft. This includes the Microsoft Certified Trainer from 2021 to 2022, MD-101: Managing Modern Desktops in February 2021, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate in February 2021, and MD-100: Windows Client in December 2020.
