Christopher Rathgeb

Christopher Rathgeb has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. In 2008, they began working as a Cyber Security Research Engineer at Oak Ridge National Laboratory, where they researched, developed, and implemented various defensive software security systems. Christopher was awarded a patent for their work. In the same year, they also founded Zippz Studios, where they oversaw the successful development and publication of over 120 mobile apps with more than 1.5 million downloads on the iOS, Android, Amazon, and Blackberry app stores. Christopher additionally founded an app building SAAS platform called Apptova. In 2013, they joined Radio Systems Corporation as a Senior Software Engineer, and was later promoted to Software Engineering Manager - Connected Products (IoT) Team Lead. During their time there, they successfully launched re-branded Petsafe and SportDog websites. In 2014, they founded Digitova, LLC, to help other companies and startups discover and execute their technology roadmaps. Christopher oversaw the architecture, development, and launch of several large-scale cloud applications across a diverse set of industries, including a private Cannabis track-and-trace system. In 2019, they became the Chief Technology Officer at CureMint, Inc.

Christopher Rathgeb obtained a Master's degree in Cyber Security Specialization from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2010, having obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering from the same institution in 2007. Christopher began their studies at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2002.
