Naveen Rathi

Naveen Rathi has a diverse work experience that spans various industries and roles. Naveen began their career as a Junior Engineer at K K Sugar Mills in 2003 and then worked as a Plant Engineer at Mahakaushal Sugar & Power Industries Ltd. In 2006, they became a Production Team Leader at Bright Star Rubber Corporation. Naveen then joined Hospira in 2010 as a Lean Leader before moving on to Loft9 Consulting in 2011, where they worked as an Analyst. In 2012, they joined DaVita as a Process Engineer and was involved in managing projects and driving continuous improvement. Naveen then held the position of Director of Operational Excellence at Akorn, Inc. from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Naveen is the Supply Chain Director at AMRI (Albany Molecular Research Inc.) since May 2021, and previously served as the Director of Operational Excellence.

Naveen Rathi holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University, which they obtained in the year 2009. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visveswaraiah Technological University from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, Naveen Rathi holds certifications in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in April 2015, and in Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) from ASQ, obtained in December 2012.
