João Miguel Fernandes

João Miguel Fernandes has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. João Miguel is currently the Director of Information Technology at the Court of Justice of the European Union, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked for the European Union Agency for Asylum (EUAA) in various roles, including Head of Unit, Head of ICT Unit, ICT Coordinator, ICT Officer - Systems Engineer, and ICT Officer - Systems Administrator. João also worked as an IT Consultant, specializing in VMware, before joining the EUAA. Their earlier experience includes working as an IT Specialist at Instituto Hidrográfico and as an IT Assistant at Escola Superior Agrária de Santarém (ESAS).
