Semi Trotto

Semi Trotto is a seasoned human resources leader currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Curie.Bio since May 2024. Prior to this role, Trotto held positions such as Chief People & Experience Officer at MOMA Therapeutics from September 2021 to May 2024, and General Manager and Chief People Officer at Thrive Earlier Detection Corp. from May 2019 to August 2021. Trotto also has experience as the Head of Human Resources at Editas Medicine from September 2016 to May 2019, and VP of Human Resources for Oncology at Baxalta from May 2015 to July 2016. Trotto holds an MBA from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. in Industrial Management & Economics from Carnegie Mellon University.
