Sarvin Patel

Sarvin Patel has a wealth of work experience in a variety of industries. Starting in 1996, they worked as an Engineering Consultant at Hazen and Sawyer. In 2001, they joined Cargill as a Risk Advisor (Internal Audit) and Associate (Strategy & Business Development). In 2008, they moved to CarVal Investors (Proprietary Trading Desk of Cargill) as a Vice President and Credit Analyst. In 2016, they became the Executive Vice President - Commercial at Itafos. In 2019, they were a Principal at Sinjin Ventures LLC and in 2020 they became the COO/CFO at Curie Co. At Curie Co., they are engineering enzymes to replace chemical preservatives.

Sarvin Patel has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Chemical Engineering from Florida State University. Sarvin is also certified as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) through IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) and a Professional Engineer (PE) through the Florida Board of Professional Engineers.
