Aly Jiwani

Aly Jiwani has a diverse work experience. Starting in 2019, they worked as a Project Control Officer for Student Lending at Finastra. In 2020, they were employed as a Technical Quality Assurance Engineer for Data Platforms & Solutions at Novantas. The following year, they worked as a Software Developer for the Backend Services Team at Mappedin. In 2022, Aly joined the Ford Motor Company as a Product Developer for the Platform Services Team. Currently, they are working as an Associate in the Risk and Treasury consulting department at Curinos.

Aly Jiwani started their education journey in 2018 by enrolling at the University of Waterloo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Science degree with a field of study in Computer Science. They also attended Wilfrid Laurier University during the same period and pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance. Aly is expected to complete both degrees in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Aly has obtained several certifications. In July 2018, they completed the "Learn to Program: The Fundamentals" course offered by Coursera. In August 2022, they obtained a certification in "Software Architecture Foundations" from LinkedIn. In September 2022, Aly completed a course on "Decision-Making Strategies" from LinkedIn. Lastly, in October 2022, they achieved a certification in the "Learn SQL Course" offered by Codecademy.
