Paul Grayston

Paul Grayston's work experience starts with their current position as the Head of Unsecured Lending at Curinos, which they began in November 2021. In this role, they are a Managing Consultant responsible for evaluating the performance, usability, and efficiency of direct-to-consumer financial services, with a focus on mobile and digital channels. Paul then worked as a Consultant from April 2016 to January 2019 before being promoted to Senior Consultant, a position they held from January 2019 to November 2021. At eBenchmarkers, their work involved evaluating the performance, usability, and efficiency of direct-to-consumer financial services and providing guidance to senior management for improvement opportunities.

Paul's earlier work experience includes an internship at DLL from July 2013 to May 2014, where they worked in Commercial Finance.

Paul Grayston earned a BSc (Hons) in Banking Practice and Management from The London Institute of Banking & Finance, which they attended from 2011 to 2014. Before that, they studied Business Studies, Law, Financial Services, Psychology, and Biology at Cardinal Newman College from 2009 to 2011. Prior to college, Paul attended Kirkham Grammar School from 2004 to 2009.
